The legal structure for the development of the MURILLO BUILDING project is a CONSTRUCTION and ADMINISTRATION TRUST.
The TRUSTORS will hold the rights of the BENEFICIARIES over the units to be built. The ORIGINAL TRUSTORS are those involved in the project from the start, and the INCORPORATED TRUSTORS are those that join the project further along in the process, under the same general conditions (at cost price). The TRUST BENEFICIARIES will have the right to use and enjoy the respective units.
There is a third category, the CONSECUTIVE TRUSTOR, who will later participate at a fixed price.
A TRUSTOR can be any natural or legal person, but the use of the units must be assigned to persons who present certain physical disabilities and are not aggressive, and their eventual companions.
