The PROJECT will provide two special services:
....a.The Day Center, which will be in the residential complex and will be open to residents on request. This means that there will be a basic service and that residents will be able to contract the option that better suits them, on a permanent or temporary basis. These services will be charged separate from the normal common expenses of the building.
In a second stage, the Day Center services may be offered to non-residents.
....b. . Technical assistance provided by POLIBEA from Spain, under a Professional Technical Service Contract.
This assistance is essential for the first stage of the Project, therefore we will take measures to ensure that it is maintained during the agreed period. Although there is no way to ensure this completely, there will be guarantees, fines and penalties applied to this purpose. POLIBEA from Spain also commits itself to establish a local unit, along with local professionals and technical experts, to form a local technical team to manage the project. This local team will be supported and monitored from Spain.
