The Foundation is inspired in the following values which spell out its name (in Spanish):
P: Potential: Confidence in every person's potential, no matter how serious the disability.
O: Order: Capacity to establish order in situations of personal and family chaos.
L: Liberation: Possibility of sharing the burden of disability, to avoid a greater dependence on other persons and family members.
I: Imagination: Seeking creative and innovative activities, to find new paths towards rehabilitation and integration.
B: "Bienestar" or Wellbeing:Creating an environment of coexistence that fosters the wellbeing of all those involved: disabled persons, family members, professionals, etc.
E: "Entrega" or Dedication: Commitment to the person, the goals, the tasks, and to the members and collaborators.
A: "Alegría" or Joy: VA positive approach to the work at hand by disabled persons, their families, and every worker and volunteer. A willingness to experience and share joy for a task well done.
